From the time of receipt of your purchased item(s), you have 28 days to decide whether they are right for you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or do not wish to keep an item for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or refund, subject to the terms below.
How to Return Your Item

Please follow the instructions provided in the portal to register your return and prepare your parcel for shipment.
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
Any made-to-order item or alteration is non-refundable, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
Items purchased and returned outside the 28-day returns period will not be refunded under our standard returns policy, subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, in a resaleable, original, unused and unworn condition. We recommend using a trackable delivery service for all returns.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if handling goes beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying an item on in a store.

Footwear and leather bags: Must be returned with their original branded boxes, which must be undamaged.

Refunds and Exchanges
Eligible refunds and exchanges for UK customers will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned item.
Please ensure that you include your returns note with the returned item.
Exchanges sent out to UK customers are subject to the original delivery charge. The cost of returning the item remains your responsibility.
All items purchased online should be registered through our online returns portal and returned by post in accordance with the instructions provided. Please include a returns note containing your full details if required.
