An online order can be returned to Upperclass Fashion for an exchange or refund provided it is:
• Within 28 days of purchase
• You have your order number
• Items are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
• You may return your online order to a Upperclass Fashion for a refund, however, the request will be progressed to our Customer Care Team and will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

"Jacket fit and quality is excellent except stitched neck and hip side straps which appears to be a afterthought. Stitching on the straps were poor that I ended up fixing it myself and on the top of that straps were not stitched straight as well as leather quality of the strap was not up to par with the jacket itself. With that said if there were no straps at all rather than sub standard straps, this would have been a perfect jacket. Thank you."
